Code of Conduct

CF Plastic Profiles (“CF”) places business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) at the forefront of all its business transactions.

CF also expects its suppliers to share our commitment to responsible business practices, to be the best in their class, innovative, efficient, and driven by quality. In selecting suppliers, CF considers ethical issues such as respecting human rights, paying attention to health and safety, complying with laws and regulations, and responsibly managing environmental impacts.

CF is committed to fair business practices. We believe that trust, integrity, and respect for the law benefit everyone.

CSR Requirements for Our Suppliers:

Suppliers must demonstrate compliance with all relevant and applicable laws regarding human rights, health, safety, and the environment, as well as anti-bribery, corruption, and antitrust (including the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, High-Risk Areas, and Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, where applicable).

Suppliers must adhere to ethical practices as outlined in this Code of Conduct and specifically commit to:

  • Respecting human rights within their spheres of influence.
  • Respecting the freedom of association and recognizing the right to collective bargaining by employees.
  • Prohibiting all forms of forced, compulsory, and child labor.
  • Supporting the principles of equal opportunity concerning the recruitment and selection of employees.
  • Complying with applicable health and safety legislation.
  • Complying with applicable environmental legislation.
  • Taking a proactive approach to environmental issues.
  • Complying with relevant anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and antitrust legislation.

Suppliers are required to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct. If one or more requirements are not met, a corrective action plan is to be developed, and progress is to be monitored. Otherwise, the supplier may not continue to supply CF and/or its affiliated companies. In such circumstances, we provide as much assistance as is practically possible. We expect all suppliers to adhere to the principles of this Code. By maintaining these ethical and CSR standards, we can protect our good reputation and ensure our continued success. We will monitor the operation of this Code of Conduct and make further improvements as necessary, in our judgment.

We look forward to doing business with you.
