Starting with your requirements for a plastic profile up to the storage of your profile stock, we handle all processes for you.

Your plastic profile requirement

For many years already, Developing and fabricating customer-specific plastic profiles is the lifeblood of CF plastics. We aim to always work closely with our customers during the entire process from start to finish. You, or customer, knows better than anyone else what product and specifications your customers demand. You are thus the expert who exactly knows the pitfalls and challenges.

Working together with you, and combining our field expertise assures that we deliver the best custom-made profiles in the market.

The solution

Our team of technicians consists of among others seven drafting technicians. This team enables us to, together with you, design the best possible shape for your profile. During the design process, we focus on flexibility, contributing ideas, and finding solutions.

Mold design and production

Our engineering department utilizes the latest CAD-CAM systems to design your mold. Once created, your mold is manufactured in our ultra-modern tool workshop. Our specialists use premium-quality tools in combination with state-of-the-art CNC controlled machinery to manufacture your profiles. Daily, our team of specialists performs on the pillars of craftsmanship and experience to produce your custom-made profiles. Eventually, these pillars define the quality of your plastic profile. Once we have built the proto-type and obtained your approval, we will start the actual production.

Plastic profile production

Our production specialists produce your plastic profile according to the latest standards and requirements. Our state-of-the-art machinery comprises 38 extrusion lines, allowing us to create and manufacture plastic profiles from most raw plastic materials, like; Polycarbonate and PET-G. We also offer the option to upgrade your product afterward, for instance with;

Barcoded stickers
Drill holes
Precise die-cutting
Renolit or hot stamp foil
Printing your company logo and text
Cut or saw your profile to size
Customized packagin

Stock

Once we have finished your batch, we can store your profiles and deliver them to you as desired. Our production and storage space of 21.000 m2 offers ample options for our optimized and customer-specific service.

In our warehouse, we keep over 2000 different self-produced profiles in stock. We have branch specific profiles readily available for among others the retail sector, fitted with scanner and display profiles. For the construction branch, finished with cladding profiles. We can instantly ship and deliver our standard profiles directly from our warehouse to you.
