Thanks to this technical advantage, we are able to completely manufacture your plastic profile project - from mold design to the plastic profile sample - in-house. To produce your sample as quickly and realistically as possible, we also have 2 extrusion production lines dedicated solely to sampling, in addition to our production facility with 36 extrusion lines for larger orders. As a result, you can have a tangible solution for your plastic profile project in just 4 to 6 weeks.

Everything in house from design to mold

We produce our molds entirely in house. This allows us to serve you fast and flexible, creating the exact plastic profile you require. We employ 20 specialized technicians in our mold production department; this team is capable of manufacturing your profile in short-term. Your wishes and demands are central to our design and manufacturing.

By using and continually upgrading the CAD-CAM systems and related technologies, CF Plastic Profiles can guarantee its customers high quality and economically justified products with short delivery times.

The design and the planning regarding the processes leading to the fabricating of the molds are achieved with the latest cutting-edge techniques.

The construction of the tools needed during the extrusion phase is performed with a CAD system. The CAD system subsequently feeds data into the five spindled CNC milling machines and lathes to manufacture the necessary tools. All of our processes are dominated by aiming at short put through times and optimized manufacturing quality. We also utilize spark techniques to shape our molds. This technique precisely erodes the metal away, leaving the desired contours that later form the profile.
